A weekend of health and fitness:

On Saturday we would like to organise a fun run with three graded runs. The course of the fun run is still under consideration however we are hoping to incorporate both the Hawks Nest Golf Club and the Myall Coast Running Club.

We anticipate that this run (walk) will progress through the township of Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens with part of the course progressing along the beautiful Bennett's Beach to the base of Yacaaba.

We are currently seeking sponsorhsip for this event and look forward to hearing
from anyone interested in being part of this event.

In keeping with the health and fitness theme, we'll be inviting various health services such as alternative health therapies, fitness demos, vitamin suppliers and mental health advisory services to set up a health expo in the Life Saving club carpark.

Whether you run, jog or walk .... get out, get fit and get healthy
